Links to Websites with Vision
Inspiration:
Tongue in Cheek - blog
Cory is an every day read for my daily affirmation. She has been blessed with possessing a vision on a higher plane not of this world. Her visceral words and images never fail to touch my heart in such a simple, tender way. My gratitude to her for my new website image. It has a private meaning to me more profound than she could ever realize. I hope I have done it a good service.
Valleyridge Art Studio - Workshops
Kathy's vision and focus on serving the artist's mind, body and spirit has culminated into this artistic haven. "In the middle of nowhere" at this little Wisconsin farm house and studio, an artist will find solitude, beauty, hospitality, and only the best of the best in internationally-known guest instructors. Experts in the field of altered arts, book arts, textiles, metal, papers, etc. I had the pleasure of taking a workshop with Keith Lobue that was complete inspiration.
Keith Lobue - Artist
Keith is genius at celebrating beauty in the strange, seeing the sacred in the macabre, and honoring the outcast. I had the privilege of partaking in a 2 day workshop with Keith at Valleyridge Art Studio that will forever be etched into my creative influence.
Helen Beacham - Artist
Helen was my first art instructor and flea market, junkie partner. She's a talented, focused watercolorist. Inspiring her students to see beauty, even in the mundane, is surely her forte. Years after the class, she still leaves an imprint.
Emily Townsend - multi-media artist
This site will keep you fasinated for awhile with a lot of inspiration. If you haven't gotten addicted to journaling yet - this is the place to start!
Dawn & De at Divasdeste
Creative Mom and Daughter team with wonderful collage images and techniques. They, too, love the odd, old trinkets we search for in altered art works.
Self-Healing Expressions
Physical, emotional, spiritual healing courses.
Square peg people
Inspiring words to celebrate, nurture and encourage Square-Peg thinking.
