Should a product be out of stock, we'll notify you immediately. If that should happen, we will ask if you prefer to cancel your order.*Please be aware - We can only estimate shipping charges. If we are surprised on the amount when we arrive at the post office, then we will contact you concerning options. Return Policy We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase - for any reason - we will be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price. (Exceptions: Books may not be returned.) Simply return the item to us within 30 days via insured parcel post or UPS. Please use our contact form for further follow-up instructions. Returned products must be in received condition with original packaging and materials. A receipt must accompany all returns. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied towards your refund.
